Personalised learning plans, adaptive tutoring, continuous monitoring. Partner requirement: none.
- Technology
AI Tutor, QCIS and AI Copy Evaluation deployed on site. Qlass owns all IP; this is IP and platform access, not a cash contribution.
- Admissions & marketing
Lead generation, CRM and parent-teacher meetings — run by Qlass, paid for from the partner's opex working capital. This is what fills the centre, not the partner's own effort.
- Fee collection
Digitised, centralised collection and EMI administration. Partner requirement: none of the work.
- Brand and operational management
Qlass owns brand standards and runs every day-to-day decision — staffing, admissions, delivery — but contributes no capex or opex funding to any of it. Every rupee of running cost is the partner's.
- Capital
Premises, fit-out (capex) AND 12-18 months of the centre's own operating costs as working capital (staff salaries, admissions spend, everything) — Qlass contributes no capex or opex funding at any point. The working-capital requirement reduces as revenue ramps. Formats run ₹30L to ₹1.15Cr total — see /pitch for the exact figures by format.
- Premises
Identifies and secures a site meeting Qlass's criteria on catchment, footfall and space. Qlass approves the fit.
- Local goodwill
Referrals welcomed, never required.
30% of gross revenue
Indicative — the final split is confirmed for your specific location during commercial discussions. Qlass takes the remaining 70% as its return for running admissions, staffing and academic delivery — it does not fund any of your capex or opex; that is entirely your working capital (see above). This is a revenue-share partnership, not a fixed-return instrument: figures below are illustrative projections, not guarantees, and depend on actual centre enrolment.
